毗邻大海的山路上停着一辆警车，身穿警服的男子气势汹汹地殴打坐在副驾驶座上的男子。被打男子穿着囚服反手捆绑，嘴被一块布塞住，他奋力挣扎，却始终无法躲避对方的殴打。警服男子打累了，转眼瞥见警车前方不远处站着一个小男孩。他戴上警帽，小心翼翼地下了车，慢慢走到小孩的面前，说“警察叔叔口渴了，带我找点儿水喝。”孩子不发一言，似乎有些被吓倒了。警服男狂吼数声后，小男孩木木登登地带着他回到自己家里喝水。喝完水后，警服男心情总算放松下来，还将警帽戴在男孩的头上。他们两人一同走了出来，结果发现警车在冒烟，被绑男子则绝路狂奔。 　　一场扑朔迷离的追逐战就此开始……
